on the stovetop (recommended) / on the bbq

Slice it into 1cm thick slices and add your favourite seasoning, herbs, salt, and pepper to enhance the taste. Pan fry it in a sizzling hot skillet with some olive oil until golden brown (see image carousel steps 1 to 4).
