While working at Brisbane’s then three-hatted restaurant Urbane, executive chef Alejandro Cancino was inspired to develop better quality plant-based meat alternatives when he discovered the food service options available were subpar.

Together with his partner in crime, Paola Moro, they established the parent company Fenn Foods to develop and explore cruelty-free products that were both kind to the planet and delicious to the palate.
