Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vEEF® Chicken Pieces and cook for 3-5 minutes until crisp, moving pieces around until an even colour is achieved. Season with salt and pepper, adding to your preferred dish towards the end.
