Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium to medium-high heat. Cook vEEF™ Mince until crisp and warmed through.

Note: Our vEEF™ Mince can be cooked as is without the addition of oil or cooking fats. However, coating the product with oil can further prevent sticking or scorching.
