Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Cook vEEF™ "Meatballs" for approx. 5 mins, turning often for even caramelisation, until crisp and warmed through.
Pre-heat oven to 210°C. Bake vEEF™ "Meatballs" uncovered for 12-15 mins until crisp and warmed through.
Really want to impress? You can deep fry vEEF™ "Meatballs" for extra crispiness in a good quality pot filled less than half the way up with oil. Heat oil to 180°C then fry "meatballs" until golden brown and warmed through.
